Cari-BOO-Con Vendor Applications
Cari-BOO-CON is a 3-day vendor, speaker, and community event taking place at the 108 Community Hall from September 18–20. This unique event brings together local vendors, independent businesses, creators, and curious minds in a themed environment celebrating the strange, the creative, and the unexplained.
This is a high-traffic event featuring live speakers, themed experiences, and a curated vendor market.
Vendor Opportunities
We are currently accepting vendor applications for limited spaces in the following areas:

Outdoor Vendor Spaces (high traffic entrance area)

Indoor Vendor Spaces (main speaker area)

Upstairs Vendor Spaces (quieter area, lower price point)
Spaces are limited and will be assigned by event organizers.
Vendor Fees

Outdoor Vendor Space – $175 (10 spots available)

Indoor Main Area (with speakers) – $150 (6 spots available)

Upstairs Vendor Space – $125 (6 spots available)
Event Schedule
Friday, September 18

Indoor / Outdoor Vendor set-up begins at 3:30 PM

Doors open at 5:00 PM
Saturday, September 19

Outdoor vendors set up at 8:00 AM and take down at 6:00 PM
Sunday, September 20

Event closes at 6:00 PM

Vendor tear-down begins at 6:30 PM
Vendors inside the building in the main area are required to remain set up until after the closing ceremony has concluded.
Vendors outside - unless they have a lockable trailer the products will need to be taken down and stored inside or removed from the property overnight.
Vendor Expectations

Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of the event

No early teardown is permitted for the vendors in the main area

Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space

Vendors must follow all instructions from event organizers

Outdoor vendors - product will have to be taken down in the evening and stored inside or removed from the property and reset up the next day.

This is a public event and professionalism is required at all times
Electricity
Limited electrical access is available for a $5 fee. Vendors must bring their own extension cords and provide proper floor protection (rugs, runners, or cable covers). All electrical setups must be safe and secured.
Compliance
All vendors are responsible for complying with applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations. Food vendors must hold valid Food Safe certification where applicable. Proof of liability insurance or signed waiver is required before participation.
